I hope this is okay to ask here...
I've seen several members of DIS have some GREAT photo banners on their sig files which aren't necessarily Disney-related.
I'm not graphically talented and want something similar for my blog. Is it okay to ask if anyone does work like that and would take on "outside" projects? I don't want to break any rules on here...
