Phone reservation not showing up online?

Hi all.

We booked our December 2007 vacation online which showed up as soon as we logged into Disney.com on the top. We booked our December 2008 vacation over the phone. When we login, it doesn't show at the top like the other one did and the only way to view it is to type the reservation # and phone number.

We used the same e-mail address to reserve the vacation over the phone so I'm not sure why it doesn't automatically link up with the online account?

Type in the ressie number. If it shows up, no problem. If not, call them ASAP!

Disney has the worse IT system in the world! Half the time the online stuff is wrong anyway, I never trust it

When I booked over the phone the CM told me if I was checking my ressies online I would have a different number than the confirmation number she gave me over the phone. She then emailed me the number to verify online.
That was last May...not sure if it is the same way now or just the system

My countdown ticker at the top doesn't show up for our MNSSHP trip in September. This was a bounceback offer we booked last week. The ressie also doesn't come up online and gives me an error message "Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later." When i called CRO today, they were unable to bring it up with my ressie number. When they did a search, they were able to find it, but not after trying several search parameters. So there seems to be something wrong with my profile. This same thing happened with my last tripped which i just returned from last week. This all started happening in June/July or so when they did a major upgrade to the website.

I always make them email me a confirmation and then I save it. If you do it on line, you get one automatically, but if you call, you need to ask them to do it (sometimes they will and sometimes they won't on their own.)

Then I always have something printed up and saved on my computer with my confirmation number, and the other information.
