I am very disapointed with my recent order from disney shopping. Two of my items are the wrong size and when I looked at the invoice to call and get it straightened out there isn't a number. What the heck?! So I sent an email and got the canned response about shipping it back yadda yadda yadda. To top it off I need to pay to ship it back. What is up with that. I didn't make the mistake but yet you expect me to pay to ship it back. I haven't ordered anything since they changed and this may be my last order period, depending on if I can talk to a real person and if this gets straightened out. To top it off one of the items that is the wrong size is one of the Disney shirts I bought for us all to wear and we leave in two weeks. GRRR!
