Does anyone have the phone number I would call to discuss setting up a private birthday party at WDW?

(I am thinking an Illuminations party and/or a dinner somewhere for about 30-50 people... Not sure if people would be staying OP, so may not necessarily qualify for a "Grand Gathering.")
