Phone number for DL merchandise.

We are currently in WDW and will be heading to DL in a week or so. I have found a wonderland teapot and cups i want to get but i would prefer to buy them in DL at the end if our trip, is there a number i can call to buy them and then pick them up when we get to DL. I dont want to chance it and perhaps miss out on them.

I don’t know if DLR has a dedicated merchandise number anymore...the last few times I’ve called, I ended up at the parks merchandise mail order call center and had to specify that I’m looking for Disneyland merchandise (not Walt Disney World). The number is (877) 560-6477.

That being said, I don’t think they’ll hold an item for you. You can order it and then have it shipped to you. You can also check the Shop Parks App to see if it’s in stock.

I should have mentioned that having it shipped isn’t viable. The international shipping costs are ridiculous, particularly when I am here now. That’s why I would be happy to buy it online and pick it up in 10 days when I arrive in DL.

Alas, then the Shop Parks App (I think it might be US only) and ShopDisney won’t work. You can try calling, but I’m almost positive that they won’t let you order it now and pick it up later. You might be able to set something up with one of those personal shoppers (they do not work for Disney), but they usually charge a fee and I don’t know if they do in-person transactions.

In the past i seem to remeber you could buy things ahead of time and have them stored at an onsite hotel if younwere staying at one. Do you know if thats an option still?

The problem with the shop Disney and shop parks app is that all that merchandise ships out of TN.

Yes and no...if the Shop Parks App thinks you're at WDW, you can order an item and have it shipped to your resort. I can't remember if you had to be staying at the resort (I think you did, but I'm not 100 percent sure about this).
