I was wondering if someone could give me the phone number or email address of where I send an inquiry for a recipe?

There's a gazillion recipe websites that search by ingredient/name of recipe/ etc. Just go to any old search engine and type in "recipes" and you'll find more than enough sites. Here's one to get you started http://www.allrecipes.com

I already know this site and several others that list recipes they don't. The particular recipe I found doesn't work, if you will.

I know this probably doesn't help you right now, but several years ago when I went to one of the Polynesian restaurants, my mother asked our server if she could get one of the recipes. This embarassed me BIG time. What surprised me was that he came back less than 5 minutes later with a neatly printed recipe on "Poly paper", with the restaurant's Logo/letterhead at the top. :)

We asked our waiter... he said he would bring us the recipe and we waited 15 minutes for him. He never returned to our table.:confused3

Oh....I'm sorry to hear that.
What is it with all these negative WDW dining experiences I've been hearing about? Change in management maybe?

Keep in mind that not all Chef's will share their recipe. I wanted the recipe for Mealie bread and duck firecrackers from Jiko, and that was two of the recipes that Chef Annette does not give out. I did eventually find the recipe for mealie bread, but not for the firecrackers.

What recipe are you looking for? I have a very large collection of WDW receipes. Let me know:cheer2:

I have been looking unsuccessfully for the coconut chicken curry soup from Boma for a while now, if anyone has that one!

The recipe for coconut chicken curry soup from Boma is on allears...just looked it up.

Not to hijack, but I've been looking for the recipe for Garlic Spinach Dip from the Grand Floridian Cafe for months. Nothing else tastes like their's. Do you have that one? Thanks!:flower3:

If not, I'll try the email link posted above.:)

Last year I was looking for the recipe for the asian shrimp salad and since allears didn't have it I emailed them and asked if they had it but didn't post it yet. They replied and w/ an email to contact disney to inquire about the recipe. I emailed disney and it took about two months to get the recipe.
