Phone line issues?

My mother and I have been trying since 1 pm EST to call down to Disney to add our friend to our reservation and are having major issues. When we call the AP line we are told it is an invalid number and when we call the reservation line rings twice and then dead air. We had Bell Canada try and they had the exact same results. Anyone else having issues?

I think they might have an unusually high call volume today because of people calling to complain about the newly announced parking fee.
