How many days out should you make a reservation for the regular dining room here?

The regular dining room uses the normal 90- day. It is only the Chef's table (one party per night) that is 180 days out.

FYI, the ultimate seating capacity of the dining room is 67. They tend to have about 45-50 people per seating with two seatings per night.
