Phone # for finding out what characters are at what parks?

Is there a way to find out if a character is appearing at a park that day without going to the park?

We are hoping to track down Frozone and I expect he'd be at MGM but I've read that he doesn't always appear with The Incredibles every day. Is there a way I could find out if he is actually appearing before I go to that park? I have only one MGM day planned but would make an extra trip just to see Frozone - my 3 year old's favorite character of them all. Anyone know if Frozone is now there all the time? Is there a schedule for when they appear so I know what times to look for them?

I think if you check with a CM, they are the ones that call the Character line for times/locations; or maybe ck with Guest Relations?

Frozone was at MGM on Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Incredible. We were also there on Tuesday, however he was not. You can check with any of the character greeters, they should be able to help you out.

There is not a phone number for guests to call to see what characters will be at what parks at what times. You will need to check w/ a castmember, and they can find out the scheduled times for you.
