I have so many embarrassing songs right now...a girl of the 80s so you can imagine! But probably the most embarrassing one in my current playlist is...

). The roller is the best and stretching, pigeon pose always really helps me with that. Also focus on strengthing exercises so that your other muscles carry some of their fair share and not so much of your glutes. I know friends of mine love the strap too. My sister tried it with her ITBand and it didn't help as much, but she did a bunch of leg strengthening exercises and that helped.
