I know I've put some real names to faces on the ToT FB group but I've been shy but I think my real name is around here on the Dis enough.

I actually wore a couple of those Raw Threads shirts at WDW. I really like the way they feel. Super comfy. Now to pair them with my new Sparkle Skirt! Yay!

Jenn-Feeling a little intimidated here...college prof and serious runner! ...I know I can use all the experienced runner advice as I can get! But you love dole whips and margaritas...

No need to feel intimidated, I often ask my colleagues when they first felt smart, because I feel like I am always trying to figure things out. And I am really great at making an idiot of myself . I am what I call a dedicated runner, there are some people I run with and they are serious runners .

This group is cracking me up. I am a wine drinker, the last time I had a mixed drink was in Dec in Downtown Disney. I am such a wimp though, one mixed drink and I am buzzing for hours , pathetic, but my husband says I am a cheap date .

Funny story- one night I was putting my 8 year old to bed. She's kinda angelic looking...and snuggled up and she looks up at me.. and I expect the
"Love you mom" comment... and instead I get this....

"Mom, I'm so glad you are my mom and not one of those mothers who are drunk all the time"

Um?!?! Thanks?!?! I think? I mean, I've gotten lots of compliments from my kids but "thanks for not being a drunk" has to maybe be the best one!!!

Thank goodness we can use the real name because I couldn't remember ECB or EBC and I kept getting it mixed up... and plus, if we are becoming drunks together I need a name I can remember easier. Especially when I call to you to carry me on your back!

Despite your best efforts to derail my Rome trip planning tonight, I did get something done...

We have train tickets to and from Naples!!! Plus I finally found the fishing trip for my dh...yay he is getting a birthday present for his 5-0 birthday next month that he will actually like.

His only 2 requests for our trip were 1. Fishing in the Med. Sea and 2. Some dumb gun store in London...first request granted...

Actually I have wrapped up this week all the "BIG" plans for Rome this week. Here is what I have done...

1. Booked Pizza Making Class for 1st Night (boys request)
2. Booked Private Guide for Pompeii (kids request)
3. Booked Private Guide for Vatican Museum & St. Peters
4. Booked Private Guide for Ancient Rome Tour (for Ab)
5. Booked Boat Trip around Capri Island with snorkeling (for Ab)

Now I am working on filling in all the other stuff to my master plan. I promised dh that I would not over plan minute by minute like I did with Disney. Ugh, I am trying so hard to continue to get rid of the cursed OCD planning ways...there has to be a happy medium...but there is no way we are flying by the seat of our pants for a trip this expensive!

CUPCAKE BOARD ON PINTEREST​

I started a cupcake board on Pinterest for our Trip...and I am sure that Karen and Nicole will follow creating the Booze Board.

Just type "In Pursuit of Cupcakes" in the search box and you should find the board. I am linking each cupcake picture back to the PTR so that it will be more fun to drool at all the cupcakes at the same time!

UGh, feeling stupid today, I can not find this. At least the one board that does show up, is not the name Tammie.

As for me I have been a complete bum the last few days. The kids are on vacation this week and I have completely lost my mojo, DD is trying my patience this week.
I really need to get back on the dreadmill and outside. I did lay there last night (couldn't sleep, again) and started working on a running plan for spring and summer. The up side is that our 2 summer runs (mondays and Thursdays) will start the same week Glass Slipper Training starts so I know I will get my 3 miles in those days.

This would be so much easier of the cupcakes were at the water stops. I'd have something to look forward to!!
