phl airport parking at airport or off site xmas week

Hi! Would like to know from previous members what you feel about parking xmas week onsite or off site during Dec 26-31st.
I called phl parking and the manager stated that xmas week is a slow time at the phl airport since most parking traffic is during a real work week, not the holidays????
