I guess it was only a matter of time ... but it looks like it may be pretty good. C'mon how can you go wrong with MODOK vs Perry? The new trailer is listed in the news link below:

The Avengers have had some great team-ups up over the years, but not quite the same as they'll have with a dynamic animated duo and their platypus.
Stepbrothers Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher find themselves in the world of Spider-Man, Thor, Hulk and Iron Man in the upcoming special Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel, premiering this summer on the Disney Channel. The adventure marks the first TV cartoon crossover for Marvel and Disney properties.
Working with the folks at Marvel, Phineas and Ferb creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh are doing their own takes on comic-book evil-doers Red Skull, Whiplash, Venom and M.O.D.O.K. when they start raising a ruckus in the boys' town of Danville after Dr. Doofenshmirtz accidentally takes away the heroes' powers. Enter Phineas and Ferb, who get involved to save the town and make some new super friends along the way.
Oh, and no epic Phineas and Ferb event would be the same without fedora-clad Perry the Platypus, and his alter ego Agent P, thrown into the thick of things.
Phineas and Ferb have a lot to do on their own, though, before tackling supervillains and watching Thor drop the mighty hammer Mjolnir on foes. Friday night's show (9 ET/PT) features a new Phineas and Ferb episode guest-starring Wayne Brady and a nefarious scheme by Dr. Doofenshmirtz to use his Double-Negative-Inator to make a local eatery whip up his favorite wintertime drink in the summer.

I ran to disboards when I saw this posted on a comic book news site. This is a great idea and perfect start to the Disney/Marvel crossovers. Although I thought the first crossover would be Mickey & Friends dressed as Superheros.

My opinion on it's kinda mixed on the whole idea. I mean, I love the Marvel heroes, but I can't stand 'Phineas and Ferb.' I'll check it out and see if it's at least good or not.
(The show is just too cliché, boring and repetitive for my tastes. The only parts of the episode I'm interested in are the Agent P b-stories. But I do have to give the show credit that the other characters are at least likable.)
