I am trying to decide betweeen these strollers - all have a second seat to add on - does anyone have a baby jogger with the second seat? How does you toddler like it? My DD2 is only 22lbs 32inches tall - she will be 3 in June. She is the one who will be riding in the second seat. the sdecond seat on the baby jogger is like the second seat for a Valco. What about the P&T?
TIA, Carol

The P&T is so awesome. It can just be used in so many ways. The Valco is nice, but not as easyto use or as versitile.

I have a Phil & Ted and brought it with me to Disney in February. It is the best stroller ever! I highly recommend it. My DD (9months then) slept in it quite a bit and it was great having the extra seat for my other DD (4), who also slept in it quite a bit too!

Umm, I don't know how helpful this will be but I recently read a rave review for the new Baby Jogger City Mini Double. It was posted on another board and apparently the mom had taken the stroller to WDW for a week and couldn't be happier. She said she did the whole bus and airport thing too - with no complaints. I'm seriously thinking about getting one myself now.
Here's a link to the baby jogger site: http://babyjogger.com/cityminimain.htm

I have seen the mini too but you can't add a second seat and i really would rather have the bigger wheels - but the mini is really nice - i am a stroler junkie so i always play with the strollers in the stores

We have a Phil and Ted's too. It is just like the one that eventamy posted a picture of, except when we bought our's about 2 1/2 years ago it was called the E3 and I think it is called the Sport now. We LOVE this stroller. We have 2 DDs now and it is fantastic. I am so glad that my husband insisted on doing stroller research and we bought a stroller that could accomodate more than one child.

For those who have a Phil & Ted's stroller...

Is it lightweight?

Would it be easy to take on and off the buses?

How old/large of a child could ride comfortably, in the front and back?

Thanks.

I have been leaning towards the Baby Joger because it rides smoother, folds up really really easy ( one hand) is lighter and holds up to 75lbs for a single rider. The toddler seat holds up to 33lbs. Since DD2 doesn't want to ride almost at all I think I am making my descision based on the single stroler part. Part of me still thinks the P&T is the way to go though......

If you go to the Phil and Ted's Website you can get all of the weight/measurement info. I think the E3 (now called the Sport) is around
23 pounds. I use this stroller everday to go walking, to stores, etc..., but
I am not planning on bringing mine to WDW. I am going to get a double
umbrella style stroller for this. The P&T is easy to fold, but does not lock into position when folded (unless they have changed this since I bought mine). I don't know how convenient it would be to take it on and off buses. Hopefully eventamy can give you some more info. about this since she has brought her's there.

Thanks, goldenears.

My son is older and about 50lbs. He was born with a very rare birth defect... he's doing great, and can go, go, go, but then suddenly tires quickly. We feel he'll still need a stroller now and then, but don't want to bring ours, since it's bulky and heavy.

we have this stroller...it is by far best baby jogger for two....have 4 yo ds who loves the top seat and have 1 yo ds who loves the bottom...it has one drw back, the folding is not compact like an umbrella stroller...they do sell a bag for storage in the luggage compartment...i don't think it would be that easy to get on and off the busses....
