PG-2 Complete Top Ten List of Why it is Okay to go to WDW without Free Dining!

Here is a compiled list of our Top Ten Reasons why it is okay to go without free dining!

10. We won't need all elastic banded clothes for our trip... because we won't be eating a dessert, dinner and appetizers

9- The parks will be empty--- everyone is traveling a few weeks later for free dining, are afraid of hurricanes or are already back in school

8. Better chance of getting the ADR's that we want.

7. Won't be buying many Souvenirs (which I really don't need) because I need my money to eat meals.

6. We will be getting closer to our loves ones due to sleeping in full size beds instead of queen size beds.

5. Due to meal sharing I will not GAIN weight this time!

4. Less crowds so better chance of getting a dream pass

3. Less crowded in restaurants. Might even get to see Tigger and Piglet at the CP this time without waiting 45 min. to 1 hr. after we're done eating

2. We won't be spending hours and hours/days and days trying to figure out the best use of our credits so as not to "lose" the money we (didn't) pay for free dining!

1. I won't have to eat anything that has 'arugula' in it.
and

1. reason to be happy that I'm not getting free dining - We'll finally get to see Sea World, Busch Gardens, the beach and all the other places in Orlando that we've never visited. Had we been able to get Free Dining, we would have "wasted" another week and a half at the Yacht Club. This way, we get to take a budget off-site trip, trying all kinds of new restaurants in Orlando and Tampa and save the extra cash for our piggy bank
and

Number One Reason is you will have less competition for the YOMD stuff!

Hopefully this will bring a few laughs to those who were dissappointed by being unable to travel during the Free Dining Plan!

Here is to a great August in Disney:banana:

From some of the earlier threads... some people need this bumped

Maybe the top 20 good things. Lower crowds for the Pirates and Princess Parties :goodvibes

1. Saved HUGE amounts of money on the room at the Swan.

2. Will be in an MGM/Epcot location rather than at an All Star Music Suite.

3. I have had gastric bypass so I won't need to eat all that food (to be fair, I have a solo free dining trip booked)

4. Heavenly beds. . .

11. It makes it easy for us to try the Fort Wilderness Cabins! I'm hoping try them and do all the campfires, movies and other special things about this resort without running around to lots of different restaurants.

Oh, and arugula is yummy! It perks up that boring lettuce!
