Has anyone done this? What was it like? I would really like to experience Remy, but I'm not sure I would get $125 (x2 + tip) worth of enjoyment out of it. Brunch is sold out on my cruise, and while the dessert experience is tempting, I'm not sure DH would like it enough to make it worth the cost.

We tried to do it on the Dream two months ago and they weren’t doing it that sailing. You could only book it on board and the Remy manager told us they base the decision on whether to have it on the dinner bookings the first night. If they get a lot of prebookings for dinner they won’t offer it.

We had friends that did it on a different sailing and raved about it! So we were disappointed we didn’t get to try it.

If what you really wanted was the brunch, just go meet the head waiters at boarding and you’ll probably be able to book it. They hold back tables to be booked onboard.

We did the dessert experience back in 2014 on The Fantasy and we really enjoyed it.
They give you 5 or 6 desserts and the chefs come out and talk about each one, very fun experience.
The French chef would rib the Italian chef and so on.
At that time it was held on Thursdays at 3pm. Needless to say, we didn't have dinner that night.
All the desserts were yummy!
