Pete, if you check that little dictionary of Aussie slang I am sure you will find that one in there, along with many other "brown" references.

b) pretty sure the kissy creature is a wombat? it looks like the same animal as in the photo below it but i'm not sure! it could also be a bandicoot??

c) hot dog with brussels sprouts... that actually sounds quite delicious
