Hi Pete and the rest of the DIS Podcast team. I recently started subscribing to your podcasts and I am really enjoying them. I especially like the banter between you and the way you playfully tease each other. I recently listened to the Best and Worst 1 credit table service meals in WDW (fabulous episode).In it Pete mentioned that he has a recipe for a 9 minute red sauce that he was willing to share that would blow TTS restaurant's red slime out of the water. Is there any chance you would be willing to share that recipe? As a career oriented working mom I need all the help I can get!! If it's a family secret I completely understand. Love the show!

Thanks for the clarification as haven't got round to the podcast yet, and if you ask for Red Sauce in the UK you get Ketchup.

I was just going to say that before any sharing of a recipe happens here we need to get the verbiage right: its gravy, not sauce.

At the Hershey DISMeet a few years ago a cookbook was put together and sold to raise money for GKTW that included recipes from team members and others on the board. I just looked at it quick and didn't see Pet's 9 minute red sauce recipe listed - but there is content to put something together and raise money .... maybe something for the 20th event
