Peter pan question...

No. They are similar but not the same. The one at WDW is longer and has a bit more in it and I like the ending a bit better. The one at Disneyland was remodeled in 1983 and is prettier with a few better effects. Both are good but I would give the egde to Disneyland's version.
 
When I met and chatted with Peter Pan himself at WDW, even he said he thought his ride was better at DL.
 

Having just ridden the MK Peter Pan, I can say that there are differences. DL's doesn't have FP (already mentioned) and the boats actually stop to load/unload, unlike MK's where the boats travel on a continous belt in the station. DL's has steeper sections of track, which are not taken at a fast speed. MK's flys over much of the action, whereas, DL's flys by a lot of the scenes.
