I'm not going to say any thing more than that our experience with Guest Services on the Dream basically ruined our time on the Dream earlier this week.

Why would you post if you weren't going to explain?
 

I agree that Guest Services on the Dream needs to get their act together. I had problems with them but I didn't let it ruin my cruise.
 
If you weren't happy with Guest Services, then tell someone that can do something about it. While writing about it here may be a way to vent, it won't fix the problem. Write to Disney Guest Relations (and even better, Investor Relations) and let them know of your dissatisfaction.

I just got off the dream on Thursday and I have to say that everyone I dealt with at guest services was fabulous. I never saw long lines, in fact most times I dealt with them I walked right up to the counter.

The only time I actually saw a line was the final night when people were paying for their tips and even then there was only about 15 people in line.
