Pete, Our 11 yr. old daughter just loved Animal Crossing.

She played it constantly for over a year. The Prosac induced song it plays, however just about drove us crazy. She finally has quit playing it, to our great relief, though it pains me to say that we may have to go and buy that stupid Animal Crossing Wii game for her for Christmas after you mentioned it on the show today. We bought it the day it came out. Namine loves it.

We have out Wii set up to connect via our wireless router and play games with people from all over the globe.
MarioKart is my favorite to do that with.

Hmmm.... might need to give animal crossing a go. Although, I'm just getting back into Wii Fit, and will be buying Skate It soon, as I was addicted to the Xbox 360 original...

Also, isn't Animal Crossing City Folk (Let's go to the city or "most stupid game subtitle ever" for us UK people) the first game to utilise WiiSpeak?

Wish, if you want a degree, I'd get it on the Wii. My equivilent of this will be The Sims 3 in February, if my PC will run it, if not the current total of 8 games for 360, 4 for the Wii and 3 for the PC as well as my assignments, but's that's what happens when you take a Games development course....

I just can't justify buying a new computer to run it or spending the time to play it!

Me too!

Right now I have the Sims 2 with Nightlife, Open for Business, Seasons, Glamour Life, and Kitchen & Bath. I asked for Pets, Mansions and Gardens, Freetime, Holiday Stuff, and something else I can't remember right now for Christmas.

My birthday is in January, so I'll ask for the Sims 3 then and get it in Feb. when it comes out.

My 8 year old twins wanted me to tell Pete they love Animal Crossing too.(even I went through an Animal Crossing stage) They each have it for their Gameboy and love being able to visit each other. We will have to try it for Wii when they get it for Christmas. Question - Can more than 1 person play at a time?
