As you may have noticed I am not Pete or Kevin but i'm a fellow Brit that recently ordered my Universal tickets for this coming December from Dreams Unlimited...you get an e-ticket which gets emailed to you with the following instructions:


"IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TICKETS

To pick up your tickets, follow the signs to the Electronic Ticketing Machines, which are located at the front gate of each theme park. At the machines you will need the credit card used for this purchase and your confirmation number. Please be sure to bring them with you!"
