Pet Friendly Vaca Home needed Marbella okay?

We got a new pup - a little Frenchie - so this will be the first time we are travelling to disney with a pet. I'm still trying to decide if we will board him or take him with us and came upon a listing for a vacation homes group called Marbella. They say they are pet friendly, and the price looks good.

So, has anyone ever stayed there? Any thoughts?
I really don't want to stay in a hotel, but condo or home recommendations would be appreciated.

I googled Marbella, and I'm curious if it's the one in Davenport? I think that's considered kind of far from Disney. There are only a few neighborhoods that are the closest you can get to Disney. We took our little one to Disney last December and stayed at a house through www.justfloridavacations.com. I'm not sure exactly which of their houses definitely allow pets, but we stayed at Platinum with her. We were very happy with our house and neighborhood.

We rented a 4 bed vacation home last year and I believe they accepted pets. We were very pleased with the owners and the accommodations.

kidskingdomflorida dot com this house is in the Lindfields so it's not the closest but also not as far as the davenport area.

We have also rented from them and were very happy with there service and our house. She is a pleasure to work with and we will rent from them again.
