Personalized wheelchair?

Where can I find a wheelchair identification print out that's young and cool? I see stroller ones but was looking for something like the blue wheelchair handicapped sign with Mickey ears or something like that? I'd like to bling up my young nephews wheelchair for his 1st disney experience.
