Personalized Menus: Where?

I've heard of the personalized menus that coral reef can do. Are there any other restaurants that will do that as well? We're planning a special celebration during out trip in November, so here are some of the places we will be having dinner at...

I had my birthday noted on our Narcoossee's reservation and they surprised us with really cool menus that said "Happy Birthday Tricia" with balloons in the corner.

I have heard that any TS can do this, but it's not a guarantee even if you request it. It's up to their discretion as to whether they have time or not.

Coral Reef used to guarantee theirs, and they would even put pictures and specific greetings on the menus. However they stopped doing this in January 2009.

We got personalized menus at Yachtsman in June when celebrating a birthday.

I have gotten them in Narcoosee's (one time was for my birthday and another time was an anniversary). Citricos I got one for my birthday. Good luck.

We received personalized menus for our anniversary at the Yachtsman in July.

Im pretty sure that Coral Reef no longer offers any personalization to their menus. I tried for my june trip and was told by several DISers that I was out of luck!
