I am currently on a weight loss program and am doing ok, (well apart from last week when I completely fell off the wagon) but my clothes are getting loose and starting to look silly. I would quite like a new wardrobe, and given the pound is nice and strong it would appear that the US is the place to get that said wardrobe.

My question is do your stores in America have personal shoppers, I need some assistance to
1, look a bit more fashionable,
2, with the sizes, and
3, I don't want to spend a whole lot of time going through the racks myself when hopefully someone could do that bit for me.

Thanks very much
Kirsten

The higher-end stores do have personal shopping services. Are you looking to do this in the Orlando area?
I personally am in NY, so I'm not the best person to ask where in FLorida to find a personal shopper, but I know that the nicer stores will have this. When is your upcoming trip?
Oh BTW congrats on that weight loss, I know how hard it is.:thumbsup2

orlando has more outlet malls - than upscale shops - although that new mall does have upscale shops.

Thank you am getting there but it is slow..... We are coming out to the US at the end of October, our first week is in Orlando (with not much spare time for shopping) our second week is also in Florida down in Palm City. When you say "nicer stores" could you name a few for me, I know there is a Macys quite near us in the second week, is this a nice store.

Thanks very much I thought that might be the case, I might leave it until the second week and maybe I will just have to do my own shopping for a bit.

LOL I make out I never do my own shopping, but this will be the first time I have looked at a personal shopper.

I know Nordstroms and some Macy's (maybe all) have personal shoppers as I have seen them advertised there. Another idea would be to go to one of the more high-end stores that have them just to get an idea as to what works for you, then when you have an idea of styles, sizes, etc. proceed to someplace more reasonable and find something similar.

Definitely check out the Mall at Millenia. The stores are mostly all high end and are the most likely to have personal shoppers or just overly eager sales associates.

Or, if you want, you can fly me down to Orlando and I'll help you! I went to college for Fashion. ;)
