We went through vrbo.com and found a great owner. We're going back to his condo in Oct. He wouldn't work for you, though, because his unit is a ranch style condo, not one of the town homes.

One thing I did prior to renting, though, was track down the unit he advertised and made sure he owned it. It took a bit of leg work (well, finger work typing and clicking on web sites), but with all the information out there, I was able to find answers pretty quickly.
