Personal Itinerary

I need some input from someone that has taken advantage of the personal itinerary provided by Dreamsunlimited. We have been to WDW many times and my first thought was that we do not need one. Now I am wondering, is there a possiblity that maybe even as many times as we have been, could we have missed something?
