Perkins sugar cookie

When we had breakfast at Perkins on the way to Universal the waitress gave is a sugar cookie for each of the boys, which was great keeping them amused while we waited for Sinbad to start. Does anyone have the recipe (or something similar)?

here's a good sugar cookie recipe, tried them a couple of days ago and nearly eaten them all already!!! theyre great with a bit of water icing on them. (if you dont have measuring cups (i had to go out and buy some) i can give you the imperial measures)

Thanks for the website! I found lots of great sounding recipe including an apple cake/ cream cheese icing that looks/sounds fantastic! Maybe I'll bake something this weekend.

ETA: I made a half quantity in case they didn't turn out right and I've had 4 already! You do need to line the baking sheet as they are sticky - even stuck to my PC baking stone.
