Perfect time for fireworks @ California Grill

It is almost time for my fiancé and I to be able to make dining reservations for our trip in early October. I want us to have dinner at the California Grill on the last night and would love to time it so that we are there to see the fireworks. Any suggestions for the best time to shoot for so we time it right? Thank you!!!

I would recommend two or two and a half hours before the fireworks, especially if you do three courses. That's what we did and it was a leisurely meal and then we hung out on the deck for a while before the fireworks. It was a very nice spot and I enjoyed not being rushed.

A three course dinner at a signature restaurant takes us about 2 hours so we usually make our reservation 60 to 90 minutes before fireworks are scheduled. Since almost everyone at the restaurant plans to see the fireworks the servers will pace your meal accordingly. If we are between the entree and dessert courses we will order dessert, then go out to the deck to enjoy the show and after we return to our table the server will bring our desserts.

If you prefer an earlier dinner, anyone dining at CG that evening can return to see the fireworks. You will show your dining receipt to the castmembers at the podium on the second floor and they will send you back up to the restaurant.

Next, your title worries me. Expecting anything "perfect" is folly. It just isn't so with so many people and so many variables. It is a setup for disappointment.
About 90 minutes before Wishes is scheduled is a good thought

Thank you all for both the advice and the welcomes!! I work in education so I know better than to expect perfection for sure. Flexibility and compromise are daily practices for me, haha. Thank you again for the advice. I am thinking I will shoot for the seven o'clock hour and go from there. Fingers crossed!
