Percent DVC vs. Non-DVC

Does anyone know on average what percentage of guests at DVC resorts are actually DVC vs. non-DVC? We were at OKW and I was looking around wondering how many people I saw were actually members. Just curious.

I think it would be impossible to know. DVC only owns 4% (and whatever points they may have for resale) of the resort since it is sold-out. However on any given day, you can't tell who is who. 80% of the resort could be booked by members and 20% sold by Disney from their 4% inventory and any trades that members have made. But, of that 80% booked by members, 10% could be rentals to non-members and 5% could be member family & friends using the resort. This is just an example to show we can't really tell.

I remember reading a member's notes from an OKW annual meeting a few years ago and at that time they said occupancy averaged 75% members at OKW. OKW always seems to have availability through CRO.
