IIRC they were open until 11pm in Sept. '09, but after 9pm they would shut down some stations and start to clean up the grills, etc. We did see pasta & pizza (cooked to order so it's slow) and rotis chicken available at 10pm one night, I'm sure there was some other stuff too.
Rix (the grab-n-go) is open until midnight, pre-made sandwiches and salads, snacks, fruit, muffins, etc. Some came with chips or a side, all pre-packaged in a plastic tub. Seemed to be few hot offerings available late, sometimes individual pizza or slices.
You could get something pre-made at Rix (salads or sandwich packs before the offerings get picked over) and put them in your room fridge in the morning to have when you return. If you have refillable mugs you can go to Rix until midnight for a refill. Then if you stay late at a park you're not stressing against the clock for your bus ride back to CSR.
Both PM and Rix take CS meals credits, but since the PM is more expensive you'd get better value there. Frequently we'd grab a nice bakery item for dessert at PM with our meal and take it back to our room for breakfast the next day.
