Pepper Market

Pepper Market counts as a counter service, and is a real good value. (I think the ribeye steak is $18.95) A lot of the entrees come with an item, so you wouldn't get a side. I think the only desserts allowed are cookies or muffins. Hope this helps... :flower:

From what I can see it's one of the best value for CS.

Is there a boat that goes there or do we have to take a bus? So I have to go with my kids and make sure that they only get one ent. and one main meal and know which is which? thanks

You will have to take a bus to Coronado Springs from one of the parks or Downtown Disney.

When you go in to the Pepper Market they will give you a card for each member of your party. You will then walk around to the different stations to pick what it is that you want to eat. They will stamp your card, you pick up your food when it is done and then go to your table to eat. A server will take your drink order and mark on the card what you had to drink. Thye can also help you with what you will be able to get on the dining plan.

At pepper market your entree and main meal will be the same thing, each person will pick what they want and the sides comes with the meal, you don't pick something seperately.

Pepper Market is a great place to eat with lots of variety. Something for everyone!

The entrées are great but the desserts are limited. It's a great CS choice if you're staying at CSR or have a car. I'm not sure it's worth it if you have to use Disney buses. Maybe if you're park hopping and are using a late lunch/early dinner at PM as your break point. Morning in the AK, meal at PM and then bus to EPCOT or Disney-MGM Studios.

I have to agree...Its great if you are staying at CSR but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

Our family was at WDW at the beginning of October and as part of our tour of DVC, we got four free dinners. Our guide told us that the Pepper Market was one of the better choices in terms of getting the most for our free meal. We went and were somewhat disappointed. The big problem was in how slow our server was -- I think we waited 15 minutes before we could even go up and get our food. Our daughter (4 YO) ordered pizza and it was quite nasty. The adult food was pretty good, but don't go there if you don't have time to spare. The food stations can be very slow... even simple things like the bakery/dessert table.

As someone else said, it was passable for a free meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

The PM is not a sit down restaurant. You didn't have to wait for your server to go up and start ordering your meals.

Just thought I would add a little more... For us it is worth it to go out of our way to eat there. We always eat there at least once, if not twice. My family really liked the pizza, but don't care for the pizza served in the parks. And the steak is very good.

They will allow you to upgrade your dessert and pay the difference.--I think they charged $2 extra.
