I just got through looking at the Pepper Market Menus and there are some nice things you can order there. Not like Pop or the All Stars food court.

So my question is can you order the steak or other nicer things and it still only be a counter service? I realize that it would be nothing like LeCellier or Concourse but still it would be better than a burger.

Anyone stayed there and used table service?? Would love advice.

Pepper Market is CS and as far as I have heard the only restriction is on dessert where you are limited to a muffin or cookie or something like that. I thought I had read that had maybe changed to other options as well though. Not sure.

We stayed there 8/5-8/12 and ate at PM twice for lunch. Yes, the ribeye is 1 CS credit and as I'll discuss tonight in the latest installment of my dining reviews, they do a nice job with the ribeye. It comes with roasted veggies and either fries or mashed potatoes and gravy. Strictly in terms of bang for your DDP buck, the ribeye meal (now $19.95, IIRC) is the best CS value at WDW.

Sounds yummy! Where can I find your installment??

About dessert, really only a cookie? I've never seen that before, at Pop you had tons of different yummy things to choose from.

Pepper Market is by far the best bang for your Counter Service credit at Disney. The food is fresh, abundant, and delicious ... and so much to choose from! At the time we ate there this past January, we were restricted to a cookie or muffin from the dessert case, I guess to compensate for our entrees costing so much. But they were absolutely scrumptious (and huge) cookies and muffins.

Pepper Market just went back to limiting dessert to tier 1 bakery items. Basically cookies and muffins. They feel this is fair since the entrée selections are far more extensive than other CS restaurants.

My dining reviews are here.

As for dessert, they changed it while we were there. "Bakery I" items (muffins, cookies, danishes, cinnamon rolls, croissants and baguettes) are DDP snacks and desserts, but "Bakery II" items (everything else) was removed from DDP.
