Pepper Marker and Breakfast vouchers

Is the Pepper Market a great place to use breakfast vouchers? I know that the it is a steal to use with the Q&C. Is the Pepper Market a good place to eat breakfast?

I have only had breaskfast at the PM once. Eggs and Mickey waffles are the only thing I've tried so I can't really tell you if its a value. It doesn't have a buffet.
