People who are disappointed with rates KEEP CALLING

When both the passholder rates came out at the general public code , I called and NOTHING was available for the POLY where we really wanted to stay. I called three times a day just to keep checking and all of a sudden there are two rooms available for the dates I needed. Just keep trying. I think alot of people may have multiple ressie then when they release it, all of a sudden we can have it.

I am soooooooo excited, I love the POLY!!

It is also possible to book on disney's website with the new room only code. Just go to "special offers". I it easier and quicker than calling all the time.

Yes you can book room only online, but the cancellation policy terms and conditions are not the same. If you must cancel it can't be less than 46 DAYS before your reservation. If you book room only through Central Reservation you have 5 DAYS before your reservation to cancel and not lose your deposit. When you are booking online you are booking through Disney Travel and the cancellation policy is totally different. Sometimes when you book on the phone you book through Disney Travel too, so make sure what the cancellation policy is for any reservation before you book in case something comes up that you have to cancel (Heaven Forbid).

I'm glad you were able to get what you wanted. What are your travel dates and how much did you get the room for? I've been trying to get a discounted room at the Poly for my friend for 11/4-11/13 with no luck. She was able to book it at the full rack rate though.

I was able to get the Poly for 224.00. My dates are 1/20 to 1/23. It's a short trip but I am bringing my parents and new husband there for the first time. This was my mom's graduation gift. Good luck with getting your discounts!
