People returning from HH

Just wondering what the weather is like??? Leaving in abut 10 days. Trying to plan my packing list. Thanks

There is really no way to predict the weather in Hilton Head in April...We are in HH now, and for example:

Friday : Drove all the way from Atlanta in the rain. Somewhat cool

Saturday : Sunny, warmer, but unbelievably windy! Made it feel much cooler than it actually was.

Sunday : Sunny, warm, less wind and a great day to be outdoors

Monday : Pretty much the same as Sunday

Tuesday : Sunny, high around 80. Pool was packed, lots of sunburns!

Wednesday (today): Supposed to be the same as yesterday

Thursday : Showers forecast -- of course! We're driving home!

There have been other years that have had beautiful days like we're having this trip, but we've also had cold (40s!), rainy, windy days at this time of the year.

If you must start packing now, bring layers and plan to use the washer and dryer if necessary. Otherwise, keep checking the 10-day forecast on weather.com!
