Penny Press Books

My daughter loves collecting the pressed pennies. Looked on the Disneyland store website and did not see any pressed books to collect them in. Are these available around DL/DCA? If not I may need to order a generic version for her before we go.

I've been a squisher since way back (700+) and they definitely sell Penny books in most shops in both parks and at World of Disney.

This is where my son got his book, too. We noticed that you can find the books on top of most of the penny machines.

I noticed penny press books sold on top of or next to every penny presser found in shops; we purchased ours at one of the shops in the Grand Californian before we went to the parks. Almost every store we went to was more than happy to trade our grubby pennies for some shiny new ones. Also, be sure to stop by city hall and ask for a list of where all the machines are located!

Our Disney squishing has lead to squishing all over! Alaska, San Francisco, Bermuda, Canadian Maritimes, Caribbean, Florida even the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel at the lower part of the Bay. We had to stop. The Bridge/Tunnel has it's own GIFT SHOP - we had to stop. After all, all roads and sidewalks lead to the gift shop!

Most of ours find their way into a scrapbook. I am a scrapbooker.

Good info. The ones my kids made were shiny, but the two-tone effect was not good. I knew the older ones were better, but didn't know the cutoff. Thanks.

A tip I picked up here n found very useful was to use M&M candy tubes stacking 2quarters 1penny inside. I made 1 for each family member so we all could squish as we pleased I found some great band aid tins to put them in after the squish also

Anyone have luck finding a penny book outside of disneyland? I can't find one on the website. I'd love to put it in my kids welcome to disney gift basket so that from day one we can start pressing pennies and not running around looking for a book.

They sell Disney pressed penny books on amazon.com. And I didn't look, but I bet you can pick them up on ebay as well.
