Pending points?

At MyPoints......How long should I wait for pending points to post? I have 59 points from an online purchase I made over a month ago. The points have been "pending" since March. Is that typical or should I email them to find out what's going on? Thanks for your help.

Time to send an email. Make sure you include a copy of the order

Thanks. You know what I just noticed? I was digging in my account and found the place where the points were posted as pending. There is a date underneath the points total of 5/2/03. So perhaps that means they'll no longer be pending on Friday?? If not, then I'll send them the email w/my order confirmation attached.
