Penciling in??

How did people do this? I have called 3 times and spoken to different people and have been told the same thing, that I can not get penciled in until the year mark hits

Where are you wanting to have your wedding, and what kind is it? That may have some affect on why you can't get penciled in.

I am wanting a custom wedding of at least 150 ppl at the WP for Sept. 20, 2008.

we are pencilled in for 2nd sept at the wp for about 30 guests and I was told we could pencil in around 18 months out but i called several times and said i had been told that i could be pencillied in. I had to wait about a week before Heidi contacted me to discuss everything
