It's a long running inside joke amongst the GOP to call them the DemocRAT party, because it was a way for them to insult them while being able to plead innocent to the insult. Same thing when people call the GOP rePUGlicans, it's easy to say it without notice. I think it's childish on both sides parts. And you know that's what it was about.

Ummm...Charlie - you must have forgotten to bold the fact that Frist also failed to report his role in a family charity.

Really - the charities mentioned do not solicit outside donations and the money is spent on omg - charitable causes.

Don't think this is major dirt for either party. They were called on it. They amended their reports. Move on.

She also thinks it might appeal to a demographic that she is not doing too well in, those with a sense of humor. I am serious. I am a registered Republican and I cannot stand to see the direction in which my party is headed. There is no substance. There is no more conservatism (in its truest sense). Just this pettiness. It makes me sick.

You may want to take a look at some Dems, we've got quite an assortment of moderates these days. They're conservative on fiscal matters but moderate on social issues. Not all of us are Commie-Pinko-Liberal scum anymore!

And Charlie, if you and the rest of the conservitives looked as closely to the Reps in the last Congress as you do to the Dems in the current Congress, maybe your party wouldn't be in the minority right now, hmmm?
