PeepsII-The Hot, Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Feb 2010. 12/2-Part 2 has begun.

The binder is looking pretty spiffy! Mine is getting ready to be dismantled. :( But a new one is right around the corner, I am sure.

Good luck on the current spin of the airline roulette wheel! :thumbsup2

I hope it lands on black...;)

I keep my old binders intact and just go out and buy a new one...in fact, I need to go find the old one to see what my dividers were labelled....

I have one massively large binder that all the old trip stuff goes into -- the stuff like directions, phone numbers, and other stuff that I use on every trip goes into the new binder.

I can't bear to throw anything Disney-related away.

I, too, can't throw WDW trip related stuff away. I think I have my room/tix cards from the last 5-6 trips somewhere......

I like the idea of a massive binder....hmmm...another project....

I was using my key cards for bookmarks, but the sheer numbers are getting out of hand. Since I typically only read book at a time, I don't know what to do with the other stack -- hmmm, I wonder what "green" craft project I could devise with old key cards. :lmao:

Ha!:rotfl2: I bet you could think of something:thumbsup2

I love the binder. I'm a binder girl too. I've never decorated it with pictures but I like the idea. Middle child usually decorates the front with graphic writing. She does a pretty good job. I haven't thrown any binders away yet. I save the stuff for hopefully putting in the scrapbook. Right now I'm 3 trips behind so it's still waiting in the binder. Tickets go in the scrapbook.

I've flown Southwest to Disney 3 times. Luckily for me it is direct and less than 2 hours. It really helped this last trip being able to take 2 bags for FREE.

The bags free is nice.

Another scrapbooking person. My cousin Wendy WAS into scrapbooking, but with 3 kids now, she doesn't have time.....or it just isn't a priority anymore.

images of Leo's closet could give me nightmares.

Or not.

See a closet can be contained, doors shut. I can kind of pretend it's clean. It's the stacks of loose papers, 10 magazines opened to a certain article stacked that slide off the desk...that drive me nuts. That bunk bed picture was scary!

Key cards as bookmarks, I've never thought of that! Aren't they a little fat? I use boarding passes...or used to when I traveled a lot.

I too save every scrap. Pretty sure I have worn out maps and fast passes from 04 and 01 lying about.

I'll forgive you SW for flying out of Orange County, that is a huge advantage. Are the others LAX? I avoid LAX at all costs. Not bad to connect through to somewhere but ugh on landing and having to to go anywhere from LAX? Ugh! Still...the red eye....

The closet has NO doors...and is crammed full.:scared1::scared1::scared1:

I'm not a fan of LAX, but it is the big airport in our area. Fave airports--PDX, Orlando. Don't like--San Jose, Ft Lauderdale, PHX.

Okay, all you binder affecianados (sp?)... Can someone tell me what you DO with the binders?? Do you just kinda let them sit on the resort table in your room? Certainly you don't carry them aroudn with you in the parks, right?? Count me as dense, but frankly I just don't get it. Do you really USE it once it's made?? Why not just a small-ish book listing out your ADRs, room conf. number, and a few other imp. facts? Does any of us here really need to have park maps in a folder??

Help me out friends!! Jordo, what do you put in there??

Seriously, I put my itinerary in there. I put spreadsheets in there. Confirmation numbers for ADRs. Reservations.......

It could go in a smaller notebook for sure. My cousin shrinks itineraries down to notecard size and carries it around in her purse.

She also puts it on her PDA.

I do use it as a daily reminder of what's on the agenda.

I'm sticking with my mantra- smaller is better. I think your DC and I would get along great- small notecards, in the purse, bag, whatever you want to call it, laminate the heck out of them, and go light!!!

But, I'll be an enabler if you need me to be- ask TK on that- enjoy your love affair with you binder and cram it full!!! If you're taking it to Christmas I'm sure it loves you too.

P.S. I'm diggin' having some West Coast company to hang out with. You guys go to bed later in my morning that the East Coast peeps.
