Ha. Currently doing last minute cleaning... shuttle comes to pick us up in about 3 hours... kids are actually playing nicely with each other (shocker of all shockers)... Derek's out getting more videotapes and getting me an ice blended mocha (yum)... so I think we're actually in pretty good shape to leave. We are usually doing early morning flights so this "getting up and leisurely getting ready" is a whole new thing for me. Guess it pays to be flying west instead of east... ha ha.

Jordan, please feel better soon. Get checked out by an infectious desease specialist. My DH felt like he had a real bad case of the flu with 104 fever for 3 days. He got to the dr just in time. He had a tick disease called babiesiosis. If he had not gotten to the hospital that day, he would have died in his sleep. It was a very bad scare. It took him over a year to feel back to normal again. So don't take any chances.

if it's not west nile virus, have them check your liver. ray (my DH) was having flu-like symptoms (high fever, achy) a couple years ago and they initially though it was west nile. then after doing every test they could we finally figured out he was taking too much tylenol PM. the acetaminophen was damaging his liver. luckily, we caught it early and just by cutting out the tylenol PM he felt better in a week. just wanted to give you a heads up about it.......some people don't realize that stuff can hurt you if you overdo it!
