There are several campaigns to save the Adventurer's Club. I'm hoping it'll receive a last minute reprieve. I could also see WDW putting The Adventurers Club either in Animal Kingdom OR near the Tower Of Terror at DHS.

I haven't been to PI to drink since 2001. Ever since I discovered ESPN and am able to watch sports the whole time I'm drinking, I don't feel the need to go to PI. Imagine the drunk stories if I went to PI?

DH really liked ESPN - he'll pull up a stool with you any time, Jordan!

How about Adventurer's Club at Animal Kingdom and Comedy Warehouse at the Studios?

We passed by PI on our way out of DTD to get the bus - and there were some seedy looking characters coming in - did not look like "Disney" people. We were debating going in to see how long the Comedy Warehouse line was, but when we saw the people that were coming in, DH and I just looked at each other and headed to the bus. This was before we heard PI was closing - had we known, we might have reconsidered. But, to tell you the truth, I just didn't feel "comfortable".

ME TOO! I just can't get myself all sick with worry about those things, or I'l go crazy. I've lived 45 (ok almost 46) years without a massive catastrophe from a hotel room.

I never thought one thing about the bedspread until coming on the DIS, I never thought about lysoling the entire room, lifting the mattress looking for bed bugs, or clorox wiping the remote either.

I don't see how Bill and I have come home alive after 4 trips to Disney in 2 1/2 years .

Do you think so? I was thinking that the "locals" were the ones who were mainly visiting PI - hence the trouble some have reported at DTD in the wee hours...

We didn't frequent PI much, but we did enjoy an occasional visit to the early show at The Comedy Warehouse and the Adventurer's Club. I'm hoping the Comedy Warehouse might relocate somewhere else?

I'm really bummed. Now that DH and I are going alone and we know what's over there, we were going to CW and AC on our trip in March. I was looking forward to doing something different. Is Circ de Soliel still going to be playing?

I think we would attend those - it would be a good break from the heat, and something different to do.

Maybe Disney has to protect their interests before it becomes a "seedy" hangout. I wonder if they could fence DTD in, and make it a purchased ticket, except for resort guests or something like that. Of course everyone doesn't stay on property, either.

It's reality that I don't think most WDW guests want to see. We all want to stay in that bubble

La Nouba is still there.

Perhaps hitting up the bar in Bongos or one of the other restaurants.

They did have it as a separate gate admission and it was a somewhat different environment.
