Peeps flavors, name the best and worst you have come across

The chocolate ones are the best I have had.

The candy corn are the opposite of the best I have had.

Still, I love the bright spring colors so there will always be a place in our Easter Baskets.
Also, they do have other uses:

Do they really have distinguishable flavors aside from overwhelming sugar? I don't think I've tried any besides the regular.

Anybody try Kettle Corn this year? I’d give it a go.

Personally I like when they get stale from sitting loose in a basket. Chewy crunchy sugar. Yummm! But we all just eat maybe 2 or 3 little peeps each year.

There is also a Peepmobile and it is so stinkin' cute.

I like to use the plain bunny Peeps to make microwave s’mores.

I haven’t had an awful Peep, but I don’t really buy the flavored ones.

I have only eaten the regular marshmallow-y ones, and then I only like them toasted. Haven't had one since I moved here in 2008, though (electric stove.)

The Dr. Pepper Peeps are pretty good. Hot Tamales wasn't bad, either. But my favorite are plain old yellow chicks.

We have “can you name the flavor” contests with them. It started when they used to issue mystery flavors. Now it is hard to find new flavors. I did get a Dr Pepper one this year though.

Over the years I can’t remember if anyone really loved any of them. And often could not tell what the flavor was.

This is what I find endearing about Peeps. You like them & you buy them but have no idea of the mystery flavors & call them by color. You made peace with the fact you have no idea if yellow is supposed to be lemon, or banana. Gotta admire than sort of tenacity in a snack
