Peeing on the side of the road

In Japan, while they are a very modest people, it is considered normal behavior to pee in public at night if you're drunk. I was a little taken aback by it when I first got here, and I still think it's pretty gross, but I don't flip out when I see it now.

You are to funny Serena but speaing of that I must go to the LOO.

Oh this made me think of the funniest story!! We were coming home from D.C. and were somewhere in the mountains about 40 minutes outside of Ashville N.C. There was an wreck and traffic was backed up literally for miles and miles. Well we were the next cars behind the wreck so not only were we blocked in but we were also surrounded by all the emergency vehicles, police etc. and my mom had to go!!

She tried and tried to hold it. There was snow on the sides of the rode and construction and she couldn't get to the side of the road for all the commotion and people. So she litereally went in the back of the van and used one of those Big Gulp Cups. We laughed so hard and still do!! She was so embarassed about it but she had no choice!!

We were held up for close to 3 hours that day.

I just remembered a funny story.

It was the Blizzard of 1993 and I-75 had been shut down. I was in Ohio and trying to get home to Georgia. They were letting 18 wheelers and 4WD pick-ups drive on I-75. Well, we get to Tennessee and traffic comes to a complete STAND STILL. I'm thinking maybe an hour wait - yeah right! Well, about FIVE hours later my eyeballs are swimming, I mean I have GOT TO GO!!!! My husband (DBF at the time) tells me to quit being a baby and get outside and PEE! So, I go outside (in the raging blizzard) and proceed to squat in thigh deep snow ( I was too scared to venture in the woods in deep snow and pitch black! )well, this eighteen wheeler behind us thought he would be cute and turned his lights on HIGH beams. I was in mid-stream and there was NO WAY I could stop! EVERYONE got a real good look at my derriere! I was so steamed at that eighteen wheeler guy! :p

It's funny now but it sure wasn't then!

I am SOOOO glad I'm not the only one that ever had to do that.:D

Well....

A long time ago while myself and some friends were driving in a van (a full size) from PA to VT to go skiing we had to go real bad (because of the beer) but the driver wouldn't stop.

Sooo...

We slid open the door.....

:rotfl: Can you imagine that sight as you are driving down the road?

Oh man Emma that is to funny I can just picture it all those people that hought you were just mooning them.

When you're in a bike race like this, your competitors aren't going to stop and wait on you while you take care of business....so you do what you have to do.

I recall reading somewhere that in some of these races that the team car will drive alongside the cyclist and hold a bag in place while the cyclist goes number 2. (sorry):guilty:

time is your enemy in these races.

LOL stevenpensacola! ,
However, I think if I were driving and witnessed this, I really might have a wreck!!! :p
