Pediatric wheelchairs/pushchair recommendations

We go tomorrow to the Rehab Institute of Chicago for a pushchair/wheelchair evaluation for my 6yo DS. We have been using a Maclaren but it's about 9 years old and pretty bent (it was given to us used) so we are in need of a new one and since we want to go through insurance we need something a bit more substantial (healthcare at it's finest).

So, what do you guys use? What types do you find work best at Disney? What types of add ons can you not live without? Zach needs it for safety and some low tone in his core. He has moderate/severe classic autism and is a flight risk.
