Pearl Necklace

I READ ON DISBOARDS THAT SOMEONE WAS COLLECTING PEARLS FROM WDW AND OTHER PLACES SO WHEN HER DAUGHTER GET MARRIED THEY WOULD MAKE A NECKLACE

MY DAUGHTER HAS MANY PEARL NECKLACES (JUST ONE PEARL AND DIFFERENT SETTINGS )NEVER WEAR THEM AGAIN

SO I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT IDEA SHE CAN DO THE OYSTER AND WE SAVE ON THE SETTING

DOES ANYONE KNOW A PRICE THE MAKE A PEARL NECKLACE, MEANING A WHOLE PEARL NECKLACE- I GUESS A JEWELER WOULD JUST DRILL A HOLE AND STRING IT

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW MUCH?

If you have just a few I would make into a solitare setting, and perhaps earings ,,,,then they do not have to be strung but set?
Just a thought.

I'm not sure how they would drill whole pearls, but we do the Brogan "Princess Pearl" program for our DD and our neices. You pick the mm size you like, and purchase the pre-drilled pearls seperately (we give one for each birthday, big holiday, etc.) They are wonderful quality pearls, and by the time we are done with a standard 16" necklace, our DD will have a $5K necklace that honors each of her lifes celebrations, but by purchasing the individual pearls over time, the $ doesn't have to be a big one time purchase.

Brogan strings and hand knots the pearls, and then uses 14K chain so that the necklaces are wearable no matter how many or how few pearls each girl has.
