Posting on DISABILITIES and DINING PLAN site - My DN will be travelling with us to WDW in August. He has a severe peanut allergy. Can anyone point me to a thread or site that includes nutritional information for Disney restaurants/CS/snack kiosks so that we know what is safe for him to eat?
Thanks in advance!!

That is the FAQs with threads that will guide you.

Read up on the section about special diets as they have a whole department dedicated to religious, medical, and allergy type diets as well as lifestyle diets like picky eaters and vegans.

You can search the board for past articles about peanuts and we do get a lot of nut related questions. All counter restaurants have lists of ingredients for guests to check and table service chefs will come out and talk you through the menu. For those afraid of cross contamination at buffets can have new food brought out or a special plate made for them that will use fresh pans of food. They are very concious of cross contamination.

I've posted extensively about this and a lot of the posts are in threads found in the FAQ as previously mentioned. In the FAQ you can find a link to WDW's dietary needs office that can handle specific questions. Make sure to note the allergy on all table service reservations.:thumbsup2

I just spoke with Brenda Bennett at specialdiets@disneyworld.com and she was extremely helpful. She has a special form for you to fill out describing all your allergy info, etc. and then you can list all your ADR's and they will contact everyone for you. They also sent me several sheets of info on safe (or unsafe) snack food items, different counter service places that will be safe to eat at, as well as Epcot WS restaurant menus. I received a response from Brenda that same day.

::yes::
there is a lot of good information about allergies in the FAQs thread (much of it written by Selket).
Do keep in mind that foods that are listed as safe on one trip may not be safe the next trip. So, it is very important to contact WDW each trip.
