I just finished a trip to the fort and am on my way home. We missed seeing the peacocks that have been there for years. I did hear a cashier at Settlement Trading Post tell someone that they got rid of one that was pecking at trailers, etc. Did they get rid of all of them?:confused3

Yes, they were relocated over to the Animal Kingdom.

I'm sorry to say, some folks who have camped at FW must not have liked nature quite that close. I for one really liked them.

I miss them, too. We were at Busch Gardens yesterday afternoon and they had several, including several white ones. We were laughing and saying that perhaps they had sent the white one there on vacation!

I never saw a white peacock untill we started camping at disney, loved seening them on the roof of the buildings.

We've been to Animal Kingdon many times since the peacock left the Fort. We have not scene one peacock there. Maybe they went to the Hoop Dee Doo!
